Hello Everybody,
I have an 14 year old Samsung RS20CCMS American style f/f. Yesterday it started with the fridge section having a flashing 5C. I did the recommended reset and it just went mad. The fridge now sits happily at 22C, hotter than the room it’s sitting in. While the freezer is now indicating -5C. Can any kind soul give me an idea if it is fixable. I’ve poked about the back, hoovered out the fluff from the matrix, the fan is running but my understanding of refrigeration/freezing is practically zero. I’m a computer bod to trade, so I can use a screwdriver and follow a circuit diagram. Is it worth my while trying to get this sorted or should I bite the bullet and buy another American Fridge Freezer?
