Our RS20CCMS (not bought new, it was in the house when we moved in) has a habit of filling the defrost drain with ice, and subsequently dumping defrost water onto the kitchen floor.
The first time I cleared it, it remained clear for 12 months. The second time, about 8 months. The third time, about a month.
Is this related to the defrost sensor problems I see other people talking about?
Do you think I have any chance of a permanent cure, or should I scrap the unit and buy something else? We like this one when it behaves, because it fits snugly into an alcove in the kitchen.
