Samsung RS20CCMS High temp in both fridge (18) & freezer

Hi There

I have a Samsung RS20CCMS, And the temperature keeps rising in both the fridge and freezer compartments. The Fridge is currently up to 20 degrees and the freezer is 4 degrees. The only way i can resolve this is to switch it off for up to 48 hours, then switch it back on and it works, but only for a week or two.

Can someone please help me figure out the problem.

probably needs defrost sensor

Defrost unit and see if problem persists if not its probably one of the following or all Defrost sensor /defrost heater/defrost drain heater or motor for circulation fan
