Both the fridge and freezer compartment are not getting down to the temperature selected. It sounds depressing similar to problems mentioned with other Samsung side by side models on these pages. When I first noticed the problem the fridge temp displayed a flashing 3 (a fault code of some kind?).
Does anyone know what this means?
I have removed the cover at the bottom rear of the unit and the fan and compressor are both running okay as far as I can tell.
I can’t find anyone in the area with Samsung experience so any suggestions would be much appreciated as like many others the fridge is a month or two out of warranty and support from Samsung is nonexsistant.
