customer has a Samsung rs21 dc sv fridge freezer
called to look at this as fault was ice dipanser only supplying crushed ice
found solenoid the operates an arm in the dispenser was siezed not allowing ice to by-pass chopper
two questions
1 has anyone had this fault is the soleniod only energised while dispensing so i can check if pcb faulty (ie leaving it energised all the time so leading to its demise)
2 wher can i get it from rang SEME first they got completely wrong part now i am still waiting reply to part query and it is over 14 days
job started end march so cust is starting to push for a canclusion
anyone help please
