Got to go to a Samsung RS21DABB American Style F/F, customer says freezer is set at -18 but reads -24, fridge set at 3 but reads 14. Not worked on a Samsung one of these before but done a few E’Lux. Any ideas whats throwing it out by so much?

Watchdg issue, if under five year old customer should get free repair,contact samsung , basically defo heater in fridge oc, causing cooling issues.. R600a can sort u out with info spares,,,ally
