    Fridge fine but freezer compartment temp hovers around -4/5 degree area even though it’s set to -23 degrees. Have no reservations in taking the compartment apart if required. Any advice/help gratefully received.

    Hi

    switch off the whole appliance for 24 hours and leave both doors open then restart as normal.the freezer section does not normally give any problems.there is the posibility that the door hasnt been closed correctly.If the problem then either persists or returns then there will be a problem witnin the freezer defrost or fan unit.

    Have tried the above advice but unfortunately no joy. Any other ideas?

    Hi

    Then its an engineer visit then,Just make sure the engineer knows about samsung refrigeration as a few have been written off due to lack of knowledge.
