samsung rs21 dcsv tripping rcd

hi all happy new year ,went to see this its tripping sockets rcd on investigation fridge and freezer are ok all elements fans fuses and sensors check out ok , i left the fridge side elements unplugged and it started up fine , reconnected them and plugged in fridge and immediately tripped rcd , so i left it working ok with the fridge side heater elements unplugged, looks like main board prob anyone have this trouble thanks

hi mate, you left the defrost heater element unplugged in the fridge and it ran ok?
if I read that correct, then the heater is your problem, you’ve proved that in your fault finding.
what was the reading with your megger? with the element connected and disconnected, this should tell you.

Did you disconnect the DRAIN heater from the defrost heater when testing ?
