SAMSUNG RS21 DEFROST PROBLEM

Hi

i’ve read some forums on here, but can’t answer this problem. So my fridge is keeping cool, but the back panel is icing up. The fault code is for “Refrigeration Defrost Fault”.
What is this more likely to be?
Do i need a new defrost heater? Defrost sensor? Or Thermal sensor?
I don’t want to just change everything if there’s something which is most likely to be at fault. The sensor is the new yellow one with black bullet type end which i’ve seen on forums saying that’s the one it should be – Samsung did a fix on this before.

On RS21’s the only way to be sure you kill the problem is to change the back panel and sensor/s.
