Samsung RS21 different problem

Hi,
new poster, but I have done a search and can’t find my RS21 problem.
It’s the water dispenser, but the paddle has physical dropped back, off it’s mount, and can’t be used.
Does anyone know how the plastic fascia comes off the front, so I can get in and remount it?

If you’re lucky the pin end of the paddle has broken, but usually its the plastic loop that the pin fits into broken – this is not replaceable as its part of the door itself, you have to improvise a repair using a round cable clip or similar and screw. To remove fascia push a screwdriver into the slot(s) under bottom edge and push up/prise off, its a VERY tight fit. Unplug before doing anything

My american fridge freezer Samsung rs21 keeps freezing up on the fridge side and the fan makes grinding noise.
Have defrosted it completely but within 2 weeks its the same problem any one help please.

yup, ring samsung, and claim a repair under their extended 5yr warranty for that fault
