Samsung RS21 drain hole

Hi

Where does the fridge drain hole run to on these fridges, mine was blocked with ice but it doesn’t seem to want to clear ?

Hi

if your drain hole is blocked with ice then you will need to replace the drain heater,Switch off for 24 hours before doing so to allow the drain to clear and allow the old heater to be removed.

thanks, can you point me to the correct part, might as well change the evap cover because i’ve had it off 3 times to clear from fan.

no fault codes when i press the two buttons.
