Just come back from holiday to find the downstairs sockets were tripped and my Samsung RS21 was full of defrosted food. This kind of thing usually happens to my customers, but this time it’s my turn. Can’t fig our our what’s causing it, but I suspect it might be my Samsung RS21 when its coming onto defrost. I have run it on an extension lead for now into my workshop which is on a separate circuit breaker so it will should help rule things out. Does anyone know how to put the fridge freezer into a forced defrost? A mate of mine in the trade told me he does this to help narrow the fault finding down, but not sure of the procedure and he is currently on holiday for another week. Be very grateful if someone could provide me with this information.
    Thanks,
    Rob.

Is there any chance I can get that info too?
I may have to go and look at one on tuesday. At the moment they’re waiting to see if they can get samsung out to look at it as they read somewhere about possible fire problems?
If not they’ll be calling me back and I don’t even do these fridges really, but It’s an old customer…..
Or should I just stay away all together?

    Dave
