    hi

    was wondering if someone can offer some advice regarding a problem with freezer compartment of samsung RS21DCNS.

    freezer has defrosted and temp is flashing -21 and i cant seem to get the reading to stop flashing .

    Model only 14 months old and any help would be appreciated before I call out an engineer.

    Hi gezball

    your fridge freezer does carry a 2 years parts and labour warranty.

    just show your purchase receipt to the engineer who visits and there wont be a problem…as long as the engineer knows what he’s doing
