samsung rs21dcndcns freezer and fridge hot

hi wonder if you can help me looked everywhere on here but have been unable to find a similiar issue, the other day teh cooling basically went on the freeser and the fridge, read the forums removed the fridge panel to check for ice non there,
Called a local engineer who chuckled when i said samsung, he thinks probably compressor as there is a buzzing noise follwed by a click, or mebe a starting something or other ( but unlikely )
out of warranty and cant get hold of samsung engineers,, got 4 children and need to mend fairly fast any help would be appreciated

Hi

Yes if you can hear a buzz then a couple of seconds later then the likelyhood is it is the compressor.This wont be covered under the samsung warranty.

Where abouts are you ?
