    Hi All,

New here, but very impressed. Just wish I had found you guys before I purchased my Fridge Freezer.

I am currently trying to get Samsung to repair the common fault on these for the second time. My 2 year warranty expires in a couple of days.

    My questions are:

    1. How reliable are these Fridge Freezers once the repairs have been carried out?

    2. If the same fault returns, but outside of warranty, will I have any leverage on Samsung to repair or replace?

    3. Has anyone successfully challenged this product under the Sale of Goods Act as not being fit for purpose? (I suppose this depends upon the answer to question 1)

Many Thanks and keep up the good work.

    Re: SAMSUNG RS21DCNS

Samsung will not touch the unit when the warranty expires-regardless if the same fault occurs and the Sale Of Goods Act is with the retailer, not the manufacturer so TBH theres no point quoting it to Samsung

The reliability of a fridge after a repair depends on which parts have been replaced. All repairs with samsung carry a 3 month warranty.

    HTH
