    Hi all,
    I was called out to this F/F. The Customer says fridge stopped working three months ago but freezer stayed working until now. LED Display shows bottom right segment on FF side and bottom middle segment on RF side. Would anyone have a service manual for this F/F.

    Any & all help apprecated.

    Before you take it any further please note that this appliance has a 5 year warranty on the fridge side. FF = defrost sensor error RF = Evaporator cover fan problem (frozen up?)

    Phoned customer this morning and informed her about the 5 year warranty and she will get it done by samsung. Modest call out for me, so all happy.
