We have a Samsung RS21DCNS that started making fan noises which stop when we open the door. On closer inspection, the sound comes from the freezer side, not the fridge and indeed some food at the top is not solidly frozen whereas food at the bottom is well frozen.
Reading your web site and customer feedback, it sounds like I would need to change the Defrost/Heater part. Could you send me a link to the correct part and advise on any other parts I should replace at the same time.
If my assumptions are wrong, please don’t hesitate to correct me and send me links to the correct parts I need.
