Samsung RS21DCNS Front panel removal

Hi,

the ice flap has come stuck and I can see its become disconnected. How can I remove te front panel to get to this?

Help appreicated.

Hi

The panel is removed by using a blunt instoment and levering out from the bottom with CARE.

SWITCH OFF POWER.

Hi Bryan,

I managed to take front panel off and I can see what part I need to replace. Unfortunately, the part itself has no part number, I’ll try my best to describe it.

Its connected to the ice flap (part no. DA63-00193S-1-(2) Cover Ice Route A). Its round white plastic with foam insulation and a black rubber cover with words UPP and LOW. Its only this white round part I need.

Please provide a price.

Comes as a complete part with the spring and seal etc , will dig out the number for you .
Put the lid on the ice chute or else it will freeze solid and be careful when removing the old assembly as if you break the retaining hooks it will mean a new door
