Been to one of these today with the rubber disc flap that has come disconnected from the arm. Managed to clip it back in. Do these things have a habit of falling off? Symptom by the way was huge frost across icemaker front Because of open dispenser.

done a lot of samsung work, not had any probs with ice maker flap..
infact you wont get to much trouble from these appliances
main prob …twin cooling panel in fridge goes faulty…
causing high temp in fridge, noise in fridge, and not water to dispensor..
easy to fix…in and out 20-40 mins..

    good money if chargable…

Ive had a couple of these with the same fault as yours – usually caused by customer poking something through from inside to remove a frozen cube of ice.

Yes customer installed, tried to repair. filter on backwards hoses kinked etc. started chiselling ice with one of my posihead screwdrivers out of my toolbox 👿
Wouldnt surprise me if he has poked around.

    Thanks all.
