    Hi Guys, went to this appliance this afternoon. Customer complaint was noise from fridge. Noise coming from fan blades rubbing on something(probably ice) Couldn’t get the housing cover off because it was frozen on.
    I’ve read a few posts on this model and it seems that the fridge side is covered by warranty for 5 years, is this true? If it’s not what should I be looking at replacing to cure fault? 🙂

    Charge the Customer, get them to take it up with Samsung.

    Samsung don’t cover all machines/repairs under the 5 year warranty.

    Howevr, if it is covered, Samsung will normaly reimburse the customer.
