Samsung RS21DCNS (Silver)

I have damaged the centre tray and need a part number so I can try and track one down to replace.

I also need to try and get a line diagram to show the individual parts of the door handle. This is damaged and need replacing but I do not know what the individual part numbers are or which particular parts I need to order to effect the repair. Can anyone help with the information I need as after hours on the web you guys seem like my best and only hope.

Any suggestions of possible suppliers for the parts would be greatly appreciated.

Hi – Before you go any further look at the left hand side panel and take a note of the full model number and serial number (stuck on label) Repost with these details and we should be able to help you out. This appliance is built with a number of different features and it is only the side label that allows us to track them down (the one inside the fridge/freezer does not have all the info needed) Secondly do you need centre tray for the fridge or the freezer? Perhaps you could upload a picture of the damaged item.
