first of all,Hi to everyone from a newbie!
i have a prob with the water cooler on my appliance,i have just recently bought this second hand and although its not very old,the water cooler in the fridge wasnt working.I assumed it was frozen so i altered the fridge setting to +7 and freezer to -15,after a couple of days the water started working ok,but i discovered a leak inside the fridge,i believe this to be coming from the water cooler bottle at the rear of the fridge.
My worry is that also above the water cooler is ice,my diagnosis is that it may have frozen and split the bottle.
Can anyone help my by finding out why the ice is there, and how i can solve this please.
I normally have the fridge set at +5 and freezer at -18.
I dont want to waste £45 on a new bottle for it to split again.
    Thanks.

if you type your model number into the search option at the top of the page then hit enter all will be revealed, basically it could be a few problems, defrost sensor, thermal fuse, evaporator heater or evaporator cover.
