Recently replaced the defrost heater etc with the wonderful kit supplied and thoroughly cleaned the compressor and condenser. Defrost drains were proved clear.Unit is working ok but every three or four days a small amount of water is found inside the fridge.

Most likely the drain iced up due to a faulty drain heater.

Or the drain non return valve at the back can sometimes get blocked with fur if they have a dog in the house.
