Re: Samsung RS21DCSV freezer not working right
Just wanted to say a very big thank you to everyone who gave me advice about the problem with my freezer, the engineer called yesterday to have a look at it and i told him the thermal fuse had gone. He had one in his van so the freezer is now running perfectly. Fingers Crossed
If you still have the problem it may be worth checking the sensor.

Just an idea mind.I have a problem with the freezer side. Sometime ago I used to have a problem with the fridge side and I bought a kid off of eBay and that side works ok now.
the freezer side however works fine apart from every few weeks if I don’t remember to manually defrost it the temperature will go up and the I have to switch it off for a few days. So I think I’ve builds up or something. I don’t know why it is not automatically defrosting, I have to keep activating manually and listen to the annoying beeping sounds as well. If I don’t do this then the temperature will rise after a week because it will freeze up I think: can anyone help me solve the problem or at least tell me why it is not auto defrosting. The defrost heater must be working because I can do it manually, and the freezer seems to freeze fine as long as the ice doesn’t build up so I can’t work out what the problem is. Thanks in advance.
