Samsung RS21DCSV problems

hi all

i have been watching this forum for a while and must say what a great little site this is with helpful members…i checked my Samsung RS21DCSV fridge freezer out on here before i bought it last week on ebay and unfortunately it has gone the way of many others 🙁 … initially it was ok for 2 days but then the fridge or freezer display or both would go up and down erratically…i thought i had fixed the freezer and the problem of the ice cubes melting on the top shelf and food defrosting,as the bulb was still lit when the door was closed,but even after taking bulb out it is still erratic 🙁 i just opened the freezer door and it was like a smoke machine inside 😯 but has now gone back to normal and display is showing the temps i have set it to but im worried it wont be long before the problems reappear…i need recommendations on someone to have a look at my machine as i used repairs@ feature and there is noone in my area…Barnham,near bognor regis,west sussex … any help appreciated

but yours havnt gone wrong like the others so you cant blame that on it as its a completly different problem.

You mention it was bought off ebay was it second hand if its new has it got a serial number on it as i have been to a few in the last 2 weeks that have bought them off ebay and they turn out to be second hand and with no warranty.
