    Hi Bagie

Your appliance has a 2 year warranty so contact samsung on O870 726 7864.

You will need to supply a copy of your proof of purchase or they may accept the serial number.

Just a tip-Samsung always need the serial number and the POP- you will be asked to send it to them if the SN shows the unit was made over two years ago. Also when calling you will be told to have the POP to hand to show the engineer. If you tell them you do not have a POP they wont even book a repair.

Thanks for the help, the problem has been sorted now, Samsung replaced a lot of parts, it took about 5 weeks for them to get the parts though. They didnt replace the water tank origonally but had to return to do it as it had cracked when it was frozen, taking a further 3 weeks

Sorry to here that dude, but in Samsungs defence they have just moved their parts warehouse to Amsterdam-hence the delay. Normally its a week maximum between the parts being ordered and the engineer receiving them
