Hi all
at my wits end with this pile of ****. i have had this fridge freezer for about 6 years and have had and engineer out more than a doze times to change bits over the years. This morning when i opened the fridge i have noticed a huge pool of water at the bottom of the fridge . I have checked for codes and no fault codes apparent and temperatures all seem ok. I phoned samsung who have now said out of warranty and gave me service line number who didn’t answer. Has anyone ideas as to where the water can be coming from please?. I am sure that this fridge freezer has had all the relevant upgrades that it needed.

Curlytheres very good chance that the water bottle has a crack in it, its not uncommon, given the fact that youve had a few issues, take out the bottom baskets in the fridge and youll be able to see the water bottle at the bottom, thats the usual culprit
unless of course the fridge drain holes blocked, but thats rare
