Samsung RS21FCSV fridge not cooling problem

Samsung American Style fridge freezer model RS21FCSV serial number 847242BXA00611 V. Had this for over 7 years and no problems until a few weeks ago realised fridge was not cold. I have read various threads on this forum and now realise this is a common fault. I’ve contacted Samsung to see if they would repair as advised but they would not. So following the forum advice have now changed the evaporator cover and the sensor. Completely defrosted it and worked fine for 5 days then this morning fridge is not cold again and steady at 13 degrees. Can you advice another course of action my father in law can test sensors with a meter tester and I note there is one more sensor that we could change but wondered if any other advise?

there is also a heater and thermal fuse to check/change. if its taken 5 days then one of these will most likely be to blame. we can supply all the parts.

We have now had these tested and the defrost heater isnt working. Is it possible to get this part separate without buying the whole unit?
