I have plumbed in my Samsung rs21jlbg.
I am unable to remove the ice bucket. I have shaken it, lifted it, wiggled it…nothing. it wont come out.
Is there something i can unscrew?
Or a trick to getting it out that I am missing?

It sounds like the ice bucket has been put back in incorrectly .
It maybe the long lever underneath the ice bucket to switch to crushed ice may be jammed under the solenoid switch at the back.
the only way is to lift the bucket at the front and try pulling it out with a quick pull.
you should be able to check if this is the problem by looking under the ice box to see if the lever is in the square lever receiver or jammed under it.
