    I`m having difficulty locating a part for the above appliance.

    The part i need is the control panel cover. The one that is on the front of the freezer door where the water dispenser is. the one that the printed cct board screws to……..

    Please somebody help before i end up with a shop full of panel covers. 😕

    The one i require is black.

    All I keep getting for every RS21 version is DA63-01169N which is the white one, presumably that’s the one you’ve been sent already ?

    Perhaps it’s only available in white, a call to Samsung spares on 0870 2420303 maybe ?
