Samsung RS552NRUASL Defrost not working – spare parts needed please

Hi

My Samsung fridge freezer (American style) defrost cycle is not working for the fridge only (tell tale signs, fan making noise hitting ice, bottom fridge is cold, upper is warm, can’t hear ice breaking due to defrost heater). I need to order all spare parts needed to replace the following (please let me know if I missed anything):

– Temp sensor
– Defrost thermostat
– heater coil

Can you please tell me part numbers and if they are available?

That doesn’t look to be an EU model so we’ve no parts info for it, Samsung restricts stuff at the best of times but anything outside the EU we cannot see.
