Just had a call to look at a side by side F/F lady says both fridge and freezer sides are warm has been off for 24hrs to defrost sounds like compressor is not coming on has anyone any experience with this machine can you give me any known faults thanks Larry.

Samsung RS60D F/F

Very common fault is compressor failure. Also check for acid oil in the system before fitting a new compressor as if it has it’s scrap.
