    Hi All,

    Been called to one of these. Excessive frost in the freezer. It builds up very quickly within 24-36 hours. Checked the both seals, removed freezer back walls and checked
    Defrost sensor (seems okay), thermal fuse was good, the heater was warm and had obvious been on recently, and fan works. Drainage is clear.

    Customer is adamant the door has not been left open.

    Is there any little idiosyncrasies with this model that I’m missing. A stuck flap or something?

    If it builds up that quick air is getting into the freezer somewhere. If the door seals are ok check the drain NRV at the back has not fallen off.

    thanks Samuri, I’ll check that next time I’m passing. Cus says it seems to have calmed down significantly. Fingers crossed.
