Samsung RSA1RTMG Service Manual – Wanted

Hi Guys,

I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. Our Samsung RSA1RTMG side by side fridge freezer has water coming out of the bottom of the freezer when the defrost cycle runs. I know this is due to the drain hole being frozen over.

I want to find the service manual for the appliance so that I can find out how to remove the inner panel without causing damage to the appliance. I cannot find the service manual anywhere and hoped someone here may be able to point me the right direction.

Thanks for the replies guys. I managed to figure out how to take the inner panels out without causing damage. Once defrosted I managed to trace the problem to the rubber valve which connects the drain hole to the pipe which leads down to the evaporation tray. It was like a V at the bottom of the valve and this had a manufacturing defect as it was sealed across apart from a very small hole about 3mm long, no wonder the water couldn’t escape, backed up and froze.

I feel for you guys not having manuals for everything, It’s the first thing I get when working servers and laptops so that you know where all the little catches and screws are.
