Samsung RSA1WTMH1 Temp Display

Hi. I have juat recently moved and had to take off the doors from my fridge freezer. Everything is connected back up and the freezer and fridge are cooling inside. At first rhw freezer temperature gave me the correct temp inside but then instead of going down by 1 degree each time it increased but inside the freezer it was cooling. Ive tried switching off and back on and resetting the panel by holding both outside buttons. Can anyone help?

The freezer temperature when you first turn it on will be showing a plus temperature.
This will keep going down until it reaches 0 degrees.
The temperature then shows minus temperatures so the display will increase.
e.g. Minus 1 Minus 2 until it reaches the set temperature e.g. Minus 18 , Minus 20.

No it does not go down to minus ir goes up.
