    Hello
    Samsung RSF858VAL Was called out to fix broken door..
    Customer said they want get their monies worth out if the call and told me it’s not been making Ice for ages. I found the icemaker totally frozen up. Is this a problem others have come across, could it be a leaky valve or sensor?

    More likely a seeping valve which will need to be replaced.
