Samsung RSG5DURS freezer side not getting cold enough

Hi
I have a 10 year old Samsung side by side fridge freezer. The freezer side is not getting cold enough. If I put it on power freeze with temp set to minus 25C it will get to about minus 12C max but wont get any colder.
Things I have done so far:
Cleaned condenser
Checked all fans working
Freezer evaporator is not iced up, frost does form on it when turned on.
Checked resistance of temp sensors.
Replaced main power board with known good 2nd hand one.
The inverter board is showing solid on led light
Added some R600a refridgerant so return pipe showing 2psi

Stuck with what to do or check next, or should I just cut my loses and buy a new one, Samsungs don’t appear to have a great reputation for reliability, looking at some forums, I have done well to keep it for 10 years. But at £800-£1000 for a new one, I would rather fix it if it is possible.
