We purchased a Samsung RSH1 American Side by Side FridgeFreezer in Aug 2007 from Currys and it developed the fan noise and cooling issue three years later. Samsung UK acknowledged this was a knowncommon fault and said the warranty has been extended free of charge a further three years. Samsung organized the repair of the fridgefreezer.
Out of warranty now, the fridge has developed the same fault and the freezer has stopped working. Everything had defrosted and had to be thrown out.
I called 0330 Samsung only to be told there is nothing Samsung can do and refereed us to a Samsung Service Centre who said will charge over £300 for the cost of repair.
The FridgeFreezer is making a fan noise and showing high temps. Any idea’s how i can get this fixed?
