    it is an american style fridge freezer approx 15 months old everything seem to light up but the fridge and freezer wont cool down could anyone help me please

    probably compressor locked up, ring samsung, they’re guaranteed for 2 years

    ring samsung and quote the serial no they may be able to pin it down on date of production

    Currys keep a database of sales, all you have to do is quote your name and postcode and they will supply you with a copy of your receipt. We use them all the time when the customer is unable to confirm date of purchase – guess you got a numpty 8)
