    hi can anyone tell me the fault code for the bottom segment on the right hand digit on both fridge and freezer displays,are they the same as the rs21 no fan signal?

    Got it in one – Fan Fault or Fan Jammed.

    Very rare the Freezer fans fail, fridge fan is probably encased in Ice/Hoar frost.

    Very rare both fans fail at the same time, but not unknown.
