Samsung RSH1DTMH Ice build up problem

Can anyone steer me in the direction of problem free refridgeration please….

I have had a Samsung RSH1DTMH american style fridge for 3 years. It has been fine however 10 months ago the fan started making a “whirring” noise when in use.

I could see ice had built up behind the internal panel and vents. I took it all off and removed the large amounts of ice around the fan and piping and the noise had gone.

However within 8 months the problem has returned with the ice build up in the same area. Its around where the copper pipes come in and go into the vented metal blades. Behind the lower panel and across from the electric connectors.

Can anyone help with why this is doing it please???
