Looking for some help with this unit as it is beeping and the temperature for freezer is varying between what is set/actual temp.
Is was set at -18 but reading -15 so I tried to get access service mode to check for any fault codes. the top two buttons (power freezer and vacation) just changed the display to read no temps. The lower 2 buttons ( temp change for freezer and fridge) did appear to get me into a service area but all I got on the display was -35 and r alternating with -16 and F.
Switched off machine for 10mins and switched back on. The display then had 5 and E for a moment and then went back to freezes temp alternating.
Reading freezer temp this is about -15.
Compressor and cooling fan operating, fridge and freezer fans also operating. Fridge temp seems ok.How do I access service mode to read any fault codes? Any help as to what is wrong would be most gratefully received.
