    god I hate these. lol.
    Samsung RSH7UNBP.
customer complaint not getting cold enough.
I had a look and thought it was the freezer fan but no joy ofter fitting a new fan motor. the freezer fan does not want to run for some reason.
not sure but the door seems to have both push button and magnetic switch. if I leave the door open it bleeps until I push the switch. the light does not go out unless I close the door making me think magnet switch hidden away somewhere.
The door has an ice maker and the ice is being made and frozen. anyone got any ideas as I’m thinking it could be the pcb and customer has asked me to order a new one but don’t want to waste money.. the freezer display is set at -19 but when you let go it says -11/-12.

I’ve had condenser fans not working on Samsung american style and its ended up being the pcb. Fault code even comes up saying fan motor was faulty. I know its not the same thing but if you tried a new fan motor i’d say pcb.

is the freezer evap cooling , you would need to take the rear cover of inside freezer to have a visual check tbh..

the evap should have a light coating of frost from top to bottom after the compressor has been on for 15- 30 mins

if not your looking at regas- poss compressor issue

its never good when the freeezer goes on any samsung

    hope this helps ally
