    I have a Samsung RSH7UNBP fridge freezer tripping the rcd. Using the test mode I found it was tripping on defrost on the fridge side. It didn’t trip straight away, only after about a minute or so. The resistance of the defrost heater is ok (375 ohms) and there’s no sign of damage to the heater. Any ideas of what else could be causing this?

    You’ve answered your own question, fridge defrost heater will, more than likely, be leaking to earth. Unplug it and see if it trips.
