Hi Guys –
Have had a lovely new American fridge freezer installed for two days, ice machine has created ice but dispenser won’t work. I push the lever in, it clicks motor sounds like it’s attempting to do something but gives up, lever stays stuck for 10 seconds(ish) before coming back… Not an impressive start…
I’ve emptied the ice bucket and let it refill incase something was stuck, reset the ice machine (but that seems to work fine)
Anyone any experience of this and what to do (I’ve rung their support line) had hoped to find a quick fix…
