I’ve had my fridge freezer for just a few days and the water from the dispenser is warmer than from the sink tap – even the first one of the day.
I’ve had dispenser frfr before and the water has always come out icy cold, could there be a fault with this fridge freezer?

An update for anyone thinking of buying this model. Apparently the model has a couple of recent ‘upgrades’. The motor is now an inverter motor and they changed the way and tank for the water system.
The water used to pass through the fridge in a spiral or twisty length before going into a large tank. Now it comes into a tiny tank straight from the external filter. Both the short tube and small tank cause this problem.
The samsung engineer called it a design fault and the tank the smallest he had ever seen.
