Samsung Rsh7znrs will not cool or enter test mode

Hi everyone. I’d be very grateful if someone could point me in right direction, as my samsung side by side Rsh7znrs is not cooling the fridge or freezer. i have powered off 5 hours with doors open and upon repowering there is slight hum sound as if its working but no cooling. I tried to enter test mode

The fridge bleeped after 8 seconds but display did not go blank

Wanted to add that the display works as normal and all button features for adjusting temps and vacation mode etc. It just doesn’t get cold and test mode with blank display is not accessible. Thanks
