    Hello everyone!

Hope you guys can help. My Samsung side-by-side RSH1DTMH (purchased March 2008) is … well, broken I think.

I’ve had a look at other topics and I find similarities but nothing lthat matches my fault a hundred per cent.

The freezer is fine, it keeps the temp at -16 degrees but the fridge temperature is way too high. I cannot seem to get it below 12 degrees! Now there was some icing around the deodoriser slits so I turned on the ‘vacation’ option to turn of the fridge section and left the door open all day. I believe the ice did thaw but when I turned it back on it still does not go below 12 degrees.

The fridge/freezer does not make any noises. Does anyone have any idea what else I can do before I have to call out an engineer?

    Many thanks!!!!!
