Dont know yet, just spoke to cust on phone, she says its a lot louder than it used to be, ive asked her to check thats theirs nothing fouling it etc, thats about all i know, going today…will update asp.
i was just checking if this was a common complaint b4 i went,

make sure that the ice tray is in correctly if not the grinder solenoid makes a loud noise

spot on expertcat…ice making unit had been incorrectly fitted.
