Samsung Side by Side Water Connector Hose

Hi all,

I was given my SR-S2028CVW last year less the water connection hose. I’ve finally gotten round to plumbing it in. However it’s not as straight forward as I thought.

Can anyone supply info on where I can find the correct hose? – it seems I need a hose with a 3/4 inch BSP connector at the supply end, and a 1/2 inch threaded hexagonal thing at the other end. There is already some kind of hexagonal nut connector on the fridge, though I’m not sure if that was part of the original hose, or is a reusable essential part of the fitting.

I’m not really bothered about using a water filter, hence a direct connection between the fridge and a washing machine type tap.

As I have personally discovered, the filter is really an essential as otherwise the “gunk” in the water supply can wreck the inlet valve. Cost me a few quid to put it right too. 😕

Usually these install kits are pretty unique and you’ll likley need the corerct Samsung part to install it correctly.
